It helps manage stress, anxiety, emotions, pain, and sleep disorders while promoting physical and psychological well-being.

It also supports mental preparation, particularly for anxiety-inducing events such as interviews, public speaking, exams, competitions for artists and elite athletes, childbirth, and more.

The session lasts  +- 1 hour and costs 55 €

NB In sophrologly , you will need between 6-8 sessions to reach a specific goal.
